About Settlers Drift
Kariega Game Reserve is a family-owned and operated private game reserve in South Africa stretching across 10,000 hectares of pristine wilderness in the Eastern Cape. Located in a remote and untouched part of the Kariega wilderness, Settlers Drift offers a unique tented safari experience combined with five star luxury. Each of the nine spacious tented suites cover 110m² incorporating a living area, opulent bedroom , indoor and outdoor showers and private viewing deck across the Kariega Reserve and the Bushman's River below.
With two beautiful rivers, this game reserve in South Africa is completely unique and offers spectacular game viewing and birding. Complement your safari experience with a boat cruise down the Bushmans River sighting abundant river birdlife, or take a kayak onto the river for a quiet paddle. Children older than 10 years of age are welcome.
