About Masoala Forest Lodge
Masoala Forest Lodge is situated on a clearing on a beach on the Masoala Peninsula in the North East of Madagascar. The lodge consists of five safari tents, all under thatch and built on platforms. Each tent has a verandah with hammocks where you can relax after lunch. Bathroom facilities with hot water are a short walk away from the tent in separate huts.
The eco-tourism activities of the Masoala Forest Lodge forms part of an international conservation program for the Masoala Peninsula with the aim of providing a source of sustainable income for the local communities. Closed February and March.
