    Buenos Aires

    Touch down in Buenos Aires, where a member of our team transfers you to your hotel. Once you’ve settled into the hotel, take a walking tour to get acquainted with the capital. Discover the fascinating stories behind the Alzaga Unzue Mansion, the Brazilian and French embassies, Nuestra Señora del Pilar Church and La Recoleta Cemetery. You can also check out the many high-end shops you pass on your route. 

    Buenos Aires

    Today is set aside for you to explore at leisure. The fashionable neighbourhood of Palermo Soho is full of cool cafes, cosy bars and designer stores. Amble lazily up the tree-lined streets, enjoying whatever interests you most. Alternatively, spend some time relaxing at your hotel. 1828 Smart Hotel boasts an exclusive roof terrace with a vertical garden and stylish pool, where you can relax in comfortable furniture and drink in the incredible cityscape views.  

    Buenos Aires - Córdoba

    After a series of exciting city experiences, take the short flight to Córdoba. Your stay at Estancia Los Potreros, a charming working farm, offers the rare opportunity to ride on the famous Peruvian Paso ‘dancing’ horse. There’s no better way to explore the wildlife-abundant Sierras Chicas than on horseback. This is a chance to leave all traces of the 21st century behind and immerse yourself completely within the natural world.  

    Córdoba

    Here, you can sample the gaucho way of life. Canter over the hillside, taking dips in natural rock pools and visiting remote habitations. Back at the ranch, help round up calves to protect them from puma and take part in polo, an important local passion. Nature walks take you to hidden waterfalls and far-reaching viewpoints, where wildflowers and rare birds are all around. It isn’t all hard work though – enjoy relaxing at the marvellous outdoor pool and peaceful veranda.

    Córdoba - Posadas

    Fly to Posadas near the border to Paraguay. Your next hotel is set on the banks of Parana River. Explore the hotel’s 14 hectares of rare flora with a specialist guide or head into the wilds of the Iberá Wetland. As well as the hundreds of birds which give these wetlands their reputation, keep your camera ready for incredible animals like the brown-snouted caiman and neotropical river otter.

Take the Monkey Trail to search for the noisiest treetop resident – the howler monkey – while there’s every chance of coming up close to capybara and marsh deer. At nearby Yacaré Porá caiman farm, discover the secrets of caiman conservation. Birdwatching, fishing and boating excursions are also unparalleled here, while you can also head out on horseback as you continue to hone your gaucho skills.

    After the short flight back to Buenos Aires, spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Revisit your favourite restaurants, shops and attractions. This is also a good opportunity to pick up souvenirs from the many bustling markets and traditional handicraft shops.
