About Villa Margherita
Villa Margherita is a fusion of contemporary charm and traditional design within a historic colonial building in the heart of Swakopmund, Namibia's second largest city. Easily explored on foot from Villa Margherita, the city is a fine example of German colonial architecture, seen in its colourful cluster of solid, angular houses. Despite the city's small size, there is plenty to see and do nearby: the National Marine Aquarium is worth exploring, as is the spectacular sand dune range near Langstrand.
Inside, Villa Margherita's eight bedrooms are individually designed and offer large living areas, flat screen televisions and free internet - incredible technology for the remoteness of the area. The hotel's Organic Bistro is open all day and serves a selection of mouth-watering dishes, perfect after a day's sightseeing in the beautiful and desolate local area. With twice as many staff as there are rooms, you can be assured that you will be thoroughly looked after.
