Enjoy a taste of Siem Reap with a safari supper stopping off at Cambodia’s finest restaurants. You’ll be whisked away from your hotel aboard a traditional tuk-tuk for an evening of culinary delights. Enjoy everything from curried lemongrass to coconut ice-cream, served to you by the country’s top chefs.
Your driver will start by expertly navigating you down a small lane harking back to the speakeasies of the roaring 20s. Pass under the cherry-red lantern and you’ll find the intimate cocktail lounge Miss Wong where an Indochine martini will whet your appetite for the evening ahead.
Zigzag your way through the streets of Siem Reap for an appetiser at Mie Café, a traditional wooden Khmer house. You can choose from a menu of fusion food – including squid-ink ravioli – as you dine in the garden amid the glow of the evening sun.
Your main course beckons at Sugar Palm, which serves home-style cuisine based on recipes passed down from the chef's mother and grandmother. Traditional spice-infused dishes on offer include char kroeung (curried lemongrass).
Make sure you leave room for a portion of Malis mousse and coconut ice-cream, the signature dessert at Malis Restaurant. Cuisine here is a feast for the senses and rustled up under the expert eye of master chef Luu Meng.
As your foodie adventure draws to end, your tuk-tuk driver will return you back to the hotel.
