Take an adventure around Singapore as you meander its roads to find iconic attractions and local favourites. Your mode of transport is a hand-restored vintage Vespa sidecar – taking you up close and personal with the sights, sounds and smells of this wonderful city.
Start at Bugis and immediately experience the real city. This is the famous street market – the biggest, cheapest and hottest place to go shopping here. If you’re browsing, be sure to barter for the best deals. Then, embark on your two-hour journey encompassing many of the locations used in the filming of Crazy Rich Asians.
Scoot by Raffles Hotel watching for local celebrities, then take a short walk in the historical site at Chijmes, now one of the most upmarket shopping centres. Pass by the Gardens by the Bay which are certainly worth a longer visit if you can return another day. See the famous Marina Bay Sands and the world’s largest overwater stage – the Marina Bay Floating Platform.
It’s now time to take the Vespa for a spin through Chinatown and onto Bukit Pasoh where the old seamlessly blends with the new. Go through the creative and cultural hub of the town when you navigate Tiong Bahru, before heading onto Tanglin Big House. This is where the tour comes to an end and you will be transferred back to your hotel after an exhilarating round trip through Singapore’s hot spots.
