    UK – Barbados

    Arrive in Bridgetown in the early afternoon and transfer to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion for your five-night stay. One of the first hotels to be built on Barbados, The Fairmont Royal Pavilion has managed to retain its charming colonial style throughout its recent refurbishment, which includes the latest facilities and comforts. Its enviable beachfront location and exquisite grounds offer a haven of peace, tranquillity and old-world elegance under the endless Caribbean sun.

    Start your day right with a delicious breakfast on your private terrace then choose whether to spend the day soaking up the sunshine or enjoying some of the many water-based activities on offer. Sign up for a wreck and reef dive, learn to surf or take a fishing rod to the end of a pier or cast from the rocks - a local fisherman can suggest the best spots. Or why not charter a deep-sea fishing boat and head out in search of marlin and kingfish?

    Make the most of your time on Barbados with a visit to some of the island’s historical places, including Gun Hill Signal Station and the Parliament Buildings in beautiful Bridgetown. Nature lovers can wander through a lush natural gully, immersing themselves in indigenous tropical flora and fauna. Or if you’re feeling a little more adventurous, you can zipline through it instead. Barbados is the culinary capital of the Caribbean and you’ll have your pick of places to eat at. Choose to dine at a world-class restaurant perched high on a clifftop, or a beachfront shack where the dress code is swimsuits and bare feet.

    Barbados – Bequia Island

    Take a short flight to St Vincent, followed by a ferry to the island of Bequia for your three-night stay at Bequia Beach Hotel. Relatively undiscovered and with only 4,900 inhabitants, Bequia island has managed to retain its old-world charm. You can choose whether to relax on white-sand beaches or get the adrenalin pumping on a sailing trip or scuba diving excursion. Further inland, you can visit Orton King’s turtle sanctuary, explore the fishing community of Paget Farm or embark on a hike along winding island trails.

    Bequia Island – St Lucia

    Fly to St Lucia and transfer to East Winds for a four-night stay. This charming, low-key Caribbean inn is one of the oldest and most established resorts on the island. Fans of water sports will love the incredible diving, snorkelling, deep-sea fishing and sailing on offer. Nature lovers won't want to miss a trip to the world's only drive-in volcano, La Soufrière, or there are 19,000 acres of beautiful forests and valleys to explore at The National Rainforest Reserve. The Friday Night Street Party at Gros Islet is well worth a visit, and the next day you can head to the Dennery Fish Saturday to taste the freshest seafood.
