About Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel
Since its opening in 1908 this private seven-hectare estate has been the jewel of the Côte d’Azur, nestled on the very tip of the Cap Ferrat peninsula between Nice and Monaco, facing the sparkling Mediterranean. The 74 light and airy guest rooms – including 24 suites and one very special villa – are decorated by Pierre-Yves Rochon and overlook the pinewood or gardens or the glittering sea.
The seaside Olympic-sized saltwater pool is edged with private cabanas, or if you’re feeling energetic you can take a lap on the jogging trail. The gastronomic restaurant, Le Cap, serves traditional Provençal and modern cuisine with views over the panoramic terraces and gardens. Choose to dine on the terrace of the chic bistro restaurant La Veranda, shaded from the sunshine by Aleppo pines, or at the Club Dauphin, a more casual restaurant overlooking the salt-water pool which itself faces the sea.
The hotel also offers complimentary use of its tennis courts and bicycle hire. Inside Le Spa the pool is ideal for laps when you aren’t brave enough to swim outside and the treatments on offer from Biologique Recherche, Dr Burgener and Sodashi are decadent.
