Row across the emerald waters of Lake Bled honing your skills with Olympic gold medal rower Iztok Čop.
Join Iztok in the actual boat he won his medal in at the Sydney 2000 Olympics where he was also the flagbearer for Slovenia. During an incredible career he represented his country in six games spanning 1992-2012 in both double sculls and coxless pair.
No-one knows Lake Bled better than Iztok who started rowing here at the age of 13 when he was a member of the local rowing club. The lesson will be tailored to your rowing ability and interests.
This is a fabulous opportunity to not only learn from one of Slovenia’s top sportsmen but also get closer to life on the lake known for its church-dotted islet, views of the Julien Alps, and Disney-like castle on a hill. You won't be short of picture-perfect views.
During the day he will also share stories of his partnership with Luka Špik, who he won the medal with (the first Olympic gold medal for Slovenia), and his incredible record of winning four gold medals in the world championships.
