Sielen Diva is very much a home-from-home experiences. The owners have decorated the expansive villa themselves, rather than using professional interior decorators. They understand the requirements for a traditional family holiday and wanted to make sure these home comforts were included – from the comfortable armchairs to settle down in and read a good book, to the games room where a spirited father-daughter pool match may take place.
The staff of Sielen Diva comprise of a manager, guest relations officer, chefs, butlers, houseboys, gardeners and security guards, all of whom are on hand to ensure a personalised and enjoyable stay. Many activities can be arranged for you, from indoor experiences such as yoga classes to outdoor adventures such as private tea tastings and a tour of a tea estate.
The seven-bedroom property can be booked individually, or you have the option of securing the whole villa for yourself. The many facilities on offer at Sielen Diva will ensure that every taste is accounted for.
The owners of the property share a long-standing love of Sri Lanka. First, they were a couple who honeymooned in the country. Next, they holidayed here as a family with their daughters. They always recommended Sri Lanka as the perfect destination and a holiday home was the next step. All four family members are very different people but Sri Lanka offers something for each of them, which they have brought into this hotel for all guests to experience: delicious and local cuisine, wildlife tours, historical sights, and indulgent wellness treatments.
All seven bedrooms can be booked to secure the entire villa for larger groups.
