Olinto

Olinto is a bespoke retreat created by Prince Fabrizio Ruspoli di Poggio Suasa, a pioneer of legendary Moroccan properties, set in an olive grove within the flourishing Ouirgane valley. His passion for Moroccan architecture can be seen in every detail, from the earthen walls, arched windows and mahogany accents in each bedroom, to the private pavilion gardens – perfect for watching the sun as it sets behind the Atlas Mountains.

Around the hotel you’ll find endless rare antiques and artworks that also dot the nine private pavilions – each named after bold native plants – three of which come with a private pool. Inside, soft king-size beds, complimentary mini bars and regal lounge spaces are a welcome relief from the hot North African sun.

Dining at Olinto is a fusion of traditional and international flavours straight from farm to fork. Whether you eat outdoors – under a pergola canopied with sweet-smelling wisteria – or in front of a blazing chimney fire in the hotel’s indoor restaurant (a spectacle of Moroccan artistry), you’ll experience the freshest local and organic cuisine in the Ouirgane Valley, grown on site in the kitchen gardens.
