The Hana Highway is a heart-stopping and jaw-dropping route along Maui’s northeast coast. Strengthen your stamina and set out from Kahului on Maui's northeast coast in stylish transport. Flying high above the road’s meandering route, you will follow the coast and the 84-kilometre highway that hugs the rugged coast.
Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for waterfalls which are stunning when seen from above. Turning away from the shoreline, you will head inland towards the towering Haleakala Crater, home to the Haleakala National Park. The dormant volcano makes up 75 per cent of the island of Maui. Some of the sites you will fly over include Oheo Gulch (Seven Pools), and the Kipahulu Valley. Your destination is Hana, once a sugar cane plantation. Today, the area is a base for many tropical gardens such as the Hana Rainforest Preserve and wonderful beaches for surfing.
From Hana, it’s a quick flight back to Kahului and your hotel, after this unique exploration of the Hana Highway. It’s ideal for honeymooners, families and groups and wonderful if you like a more active activity on your holiday.
