About Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch
Just minutes from the vibrant Scottsdale area, the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch has everything you could ever dream of in a luxury hotel. All 493 guestrooms and suites have balconies or patios overlooking the lush tropical landscape and (best of all) are kitted out with the famous Hyatt Grand beds. There’s a Regency Club level which overlooks the lagoon with a private indoor-outdoor terrace, gazebo and lush gardens.
Activities are plentiful, with a championship 27-hole golf course, a fabulous spa, and a range of Green Zebra adventures, including desert biking, Native American cultural tours and horse riding, all of which can be organised in resort for the nearby area. In resort you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, including a bistro (try the Sunday brunch) to a theatre of Japanese cuisine and a canyon market. We love the Grotto, surrounded by sparkling pools, cascading waterfalls and tumbling bougainvillea, it’s the perfect poolside retreat.
