Sample street food, dodge motorbikes and discover rich culture
Once known as Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City is a city of wide boulevards, labyrinthine neighbourhoods, French colonial architecture and motorbikes. On a Ho Chi Minh City tour you’ll visit the imposing Reunification Palace, sample some of the city’s best street food and experience the city’s nightlife. You can also take a trip to the nearby Cu Chi Tunnels, a vast subterranean network used as a hiding place and supply line by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War.
We’ve had our own office in Vietnam since 2012 and our guides have exceptional contacts. So we can show you plenty that you won’t find in a guidebook too. Take our Saigon After Dark by Vespa experience. It’s a two-wheel Ho Chi Minh City tour that’s part night excursion, part street food adventure. You’ll get to see the city the way locals do, all from the back of a vintage Vespa scooter. Stops include drinks at buzzing Zoom cafe, and local restaurants where you can sample Saigon's tastiest street food. After a visit to a live music venue to sample sweet Vietnamese coffee, we’ll end the evening at one of Ho Chi Minh’s many nightclubs. There you can watch a new generation of Vietnamese unwind and flaunt their unique style to the irrepressive beat of Vietnam’s busiest city.
